IMAGINE
01
The first and most important part of the design process is understanding the Client’s wants and desires for their property.
A Client survey and a preliminary design meeting are key initial steps to getting that first glimpse of imagination into the Client’s eyes. From there we develop a few concepts based on the feedback received.
REFINE
02
The fun part! Getting into the details. Once a preferred concept is selected, we begin to look at all of the elements that bring the design together - paving, walls, planting, fences/gates, decorative metalwork/woodwork, pools and more.
The important thing to know that this is done in a paced, compartmentalized fashion so you have time to focus and be a part of all aspects of the design, without feeling overwhelmed.

CREATE
Pen to paper - simple as that. This is where we take all of the design development and begin creating technical drawings that will be used to price and build your project. While this part of the process begins after step one, it evolves and expands as details and direction are flushed out and finalized.
In tandem, we begin formalizing our path to building the project based on your timeline.
EXECUTE

Time to find a contractor and get this thing built! If you plan to stick with us through project completion, we will be here to act as your representative as we find and select a contractor, as well as through the duration of construction. It is our #1 priority to make sure that the project gets built not only per the plans/design, but at the highest quality and craftsmanship.
